1 1/2 cups almonds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup desiccated coconut or shredded coconut
1 cup flaxseeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds (optional)
1/4 cup almond butter or cashew butter
1 tablespoon honey (or 1 tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute)

Place all ingredients into a food processor pulse gently until nuts are broken up and all ingredients are well mixed and stick together.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
